2018年倫敦旅展及歐洲城市觀光推廣活動
臺灣館攤位設計及搭建招標案
 
    財團法人台灣觀光協會(以下簡稱本會)受交通部觀光局委託，組團參加英國2018年倫敦旅展(WTM)，針對該展臺灣展館設計及搭建，徵求承辦廠商。茲就本活動概要說明如下：
壹、 臺灣館展攤設計及搭建
一、         預算：上限新台幣539萬元(最後執行經費須再經由本會議價後訂定)，評比標準須透過評選作業決定。
二、         活動地點：倫敦ExCeL展覽中心 (地址：ExCel London, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London, E16 1XL)
三、         攤位位置：AS850 (詳如附件位置圖)
四、         攤位面積：200平方公尺(10公尺x20公尺)，其中中華航空及長榮航空各13平方公尺(屆時將請航空公司提供素材併入設計)。
貳、 投標截止日：2018年7月30日臺灣時間下午6時整。
參、 投標方式：
一、         本國廠商與外國廠商皆可參加，外國 廠商可逕行投標，或委託國內代理廠商代為投標，無論國內外廠商均應配合需要參加評選會議(日期另訂)。
二、         檢附以下文件
1、 公司簡介及公司登記證明。
2、 最近一期所得稅或營業稅完稅證明文件。
3、 企畫書八份(攤位設計圖稿、平面配置圖等) 。
4、 報價單。
5、 以往承辦跨國施工相關工作之成果及經驗證明。

肆、 決標方式：本案為專業性之勞務採購，以展攤設計、服務品質及價格為評選標準。
伍、 決標日期：另訂(不公告)。
陸、 規格：
一、         交通部觀光局：200平方公尺
1、 臺灣館主視覺：以英文字「Taiwan」為主，搭配大型螢幕等高科技產品展現臺灣觀光意象。
2、 須包含吊點設計。
3、 交通部觀光局資訊櫃台：需有儲藏文宣的空間、插座。
4、 民俗藝人表演櫃台：需有儲藏文宣的空間、插座。

6、 小型隱密式洽談區：需配有插座。
7、 儲藏室：置物架、30格 置物櫃、1組水槽設備、1組飲用水設備、10桶飲用水、衣架、插座等。
8、 旅展將進行Happy Hour 活動，參與人數約100-120人。現場須備有可方便移動的投影幕或電視以及椅子。
二、         航空公司：26平方公尺
1、 中華航空公司及長榮航空公司各13平方公尺。
2、 請先保留空間，待決標後將請兩家航空公司提供素材，併入設計。
柒、 展攤設計及搭建施工理念：
一、         設計主軸：結合「2019小鎮漫遊年」及「海灘」概念，以「清新海灣小鎮」為本案設計主軸(比例：海20%、小鎮80%)。
二、         「清新海灣小鎮」主題說明如下：
1、 請包含台灣傳統老城、海灘以及陽光等元素。
2、 建議搭配實景製作物(例如特色建築、植物等)設計。
三、         搭配硬體：大型液晶螢幕、AR或VR(虛擬實境眼鏡)等現代化電子科技產品，具高互動性。
捌、 得標設計圖需配合本會進行修改至定稿。
玖、 其他：
1、 廠商應充分了解並遵守倫敦旅展(WTM)主辦單位之相關規定，如因廠商疏忽造成本會之權益損失，廠商應負賠償之責。
2、 廠商資格證明文件，企劃書逾期送達者，或不符須知規定者，取消參選資格。
3、 參選廠商所提廠商資格證明文件及企劃於規定日期送達後，不得要求更換或補充任何資料，入選與不入選之企劃書等，本會均不予退還。
4、 本會不負擔企劃書撰寫及提送等一切費用。

The Tender Project Of Taiwan Exhibition Booth Design At 2018 WTM
 
    The tender project revealed by Taiwan Visitors Association (TVA) which is related to the design of Taiwan exhibition booth at 2018 WTM (November 5^th to 7^th). Here are the details of this project:
 
A.       Taiwan Booth Design
 i.                Budget For Design：Up to NT$5,397,000(about US$179,290), final amount needs to be negotiated.
 ii.                Location：ExCel London, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London, E16 1XL
 iii.                Size Of Booth：200m² ( height:20m and width:10m), it includes 26 m² for China Airlines and Eva Airways.
 iv.                Quotation:
Must Include but not limited to
1.         Hanging signs
2.         1 large LED/LCD video wall
3.         2 Information counters
4.         Delegation desk(10-15 units)
5.         Discussion tables and chairs
6.         1 Storeroom (includes 30 lockers, 1 basin, 1 water dispenser)
7.         1 Private discussion room
8.         2 Speakers
                                     v.                Design Theme：
1.     Due to the booth style which focused on the towns and beach in Taiwan, the design should at least contain these two elements. (Towns 80%, Beach 20%)
2.     It should be included hanging sign design.
3.     In order to emphasize the Taiwanese hospitability and glamorous scenery, please try to use bright or warm color to design.
4.     The booth design should be unique and it must contain the traits and elements of Taiwan, such as renowned tourist attractions, aboriginal people and representative culture. We will provide some pictures of Taiwanese scenery (appendix 1) to support your design. 
5.     A Happy Hour event will be held for approximately 100 guests at Taiwan Exhibition Booth. One projector screen/mobile TV stand and chairs are required.
B.       Period Of Validity：
All proposals must be submitted by 6pm on July 30^th, 2018.
C.       Submission：
                                        i.                You should submit your company profiles that include
1.         Company overview- to describe in brief the company’s mission, history and ownership.
2.         The latest certificate of deduction of income tax or business tax
3.         Contact information- the company’s postal and street address, as well as e-mail address and telephone numbers of the contact person who can answer questions about this proposal submission.
4.         Company organization- To describe in brief the company’s organization, indicate the number of     employees.
5.         Quotation.
                                     ii.                You should submit 8 copies of proposal.
